But thy eternal summer shall not fade,
Nor lose possession of that fair thou ow’st,
Nor shall death brag thou wand’rest in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou grow’st.

SIGNIFICANCE
Meter makes the sound of a poem becomes well organized and it creates some kind of music for the poem. Meter can also helps to catch attention and helps to reduce boredom.
